This policy applies to SoftForWP, operated by Burhan Cebeci, and to the SoftForWP website, LinkPilot and related licensing, update and support services.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use SoftForWP, we may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, support messages and other contact information. For paid products and licensing, our systems may also process license keys, product and plan information, activation status, website URL, WordPress site or installation identifiers, software version, activation/deactivation events and technical information needed to validate licenses, deliver updates, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems.

Payments and Transaction Data

Paid SoftForWP products are intended to be sold through Paddle. Paddle acts as the payment provider and authorised reseller / Merchant of Record for transactions processed through its checkout. Payment-card details are entered into and processed by Paddle; SoftForWP does not need to store full payment-card numbers. Paddle may provide us with transaction, customer, subscription, tax and entitlement information required to fulfil your purchase and manage your license. Paddle processes personal data under its own privacy terms.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure our products; create, activate and validate licenses; deliver software updates; provide support; communicate about purchases and products; diagnose technical problems; prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised license sharing; maintain records; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
